"strive to provide the best service possible" I'm sorry but you don't! A simple phone call to let your valued patrons know that a book is in just does not happen in this small town library. Twenty to thirty minutes out of your day to make a simple phone call does not seem like to much to ask, especially if you don't have a e-mail address. What has happened to customer service?
I love libraries but this one is just almost pointless to go too. Unless you are into large print books, romance novels, or mystery novels. No thanks. Please update your books and get some more modern authors in. Also, the DVD section is insane. You only see a thousand different titles. So you must go in with what you want to get or your neck will be sore by the time your done searching.
